Competition Rules

1. Eligibility:

- The competition is open only to Jamaican residents.
- Participants must be 18 years or older.
- Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

2. How to Enter:

- Follow the Guesswah Instagram page: @GuesswahIBJ.
- Submit your suggested team names for 'Team A' and 'Team B' via email to 23plusmarketingsolutions@gmail.com.
- Include both team names in the email.
- Entries must be submitted before the competition deadline of October 11, 2024, at midnight.

3. Team Name Guidelines:

- Names must be creative, unique, and reflect the fun and competitive spirit of the Guesswah Championship.
- Offensive or inappropriate names will be automatically disqualified.
- Names should be between 3 to 15 characters long.

4. Winner Selection:

- The Guesswah Championship team will review all entries and select the most creative and fitting names for Team A and Team B.
- One winner will be chosen based on creativity, originality, and alignment with the event's theme.
- The decision of the Guesswah Championship team is final.

5. Prizes:

- The winner will be awarded $8,000 JMD at the Guesswah Championship event on October 31, 2024, held at UTech.
- The winner’s team names will be used during the official Guesswah Championship event.
- The winner will also be featured in Guesswah Championship promotional content.

6. Announcement of Winner:

- The winner will be announced on October 15, 2024, via Guesswah's official Instagram page.
- The winner will be contacted through direct messaging on Instagram for prize distribution details and further instructions.

7. Content Use:

- By entering the competition, participants grant permission to the Guesswah Championship organizers to use their submitted content (team names, Instagram handle, etc.) for promotional purposes across social media platforms, websites, and event-related materials.

8. General Conditions:

- Guesswah Championship reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these official rules.

9. Disqualification:

- Entries that do not adhere to these rules will be disqualified.
- Any participant found to be using fake accounts or violating Instagram’s community guidelines will be disqualified.
