Returns
You have 3 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact our customer support team at inspiredbyjaden@gmail.com to initiate the return process. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team at inspiredbyjaden@gmail.com. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with instructions on how to return the original item.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.
